Digital Marketing Specialist

Is your superpower learning and leveraging new digital marketing technologies?

Our new Digital Marketing Specialist should be detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of the major digital marketing platforms. They should be as comfortable putting together digital strategic plans as they are diving headfirst into each platform and executing, optimizing, and reporting like a pro. 

We are looking for someone with a proven history working in Search, Social, Email, and SEO and who has a strong understanding of KPIs and how they tie to each platform and success measurement. 

Our Digital Marketing Specialist will interact with various areas within the agency such as creative, content, media planning, and client service, to identify, plan, and achieve client goals. You won’t work in a silo. You’ll collaborate with the entire team, and you must be comfortable communicating in a virtual environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience working in digital marketing.

  • Ability to plan strategies across multiple channels to achieve campaign objectives and client KPIs
  • Experience creating reports, analyzing results, providing insights, and suggesting recommendations for optimization.
  • Experience managing campaigns from forecasting budgets (lifetime and daily) to implementation—ensuring that they are optimal and on pace.
  • Performance metrics monitoring to make sure campaigns are trending toward meeting and exceeding KPIs. And, if needed, discover and implement campaign enhancements.
  • Platform Experience Preferences:
    • Search: Google Ads, Optmyzr
    • Social: Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sprout
    • Email: Campaign Monitor, Hubspot, MailChimp, etc.
    • Google: Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
    • SEO: Moz
  • Intellectually curious and a thirst for learning and continued growth
  • Certifications are a bonus
  • You’re always willing to “get in the weeds” and perform any level of task needed to execute and meet client goals and objectives.
