What we’re looking for

Our new Digital Production Designer will collaborate closely with creative and account team members to use your creativity, eye for design and technical skills to produce brand elements for various digital marketing channels and digital assets.

Essential Functions

• Be comfortable working or learning popular content management systems to make edits, troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and edit or add content.
• Produce elements optimized for digital marketing channels, including display ads (Static/Animated GIFs/HTML5), email templates and social media graphics
• Produce design elements for digital projects, including graphics, images, backgrounds, navigational elements, icons, and headers.
• Extend an approved site design across multiple pages
• Perform quality assurance testing on digital assets, including websites
• Assist in email marketing campaigns from design edits to production of HTML emails or building emails in various email marketing software

Desired Skills and Experience

• 2 – 3 years of experience in digital design or digital production
• Fluency in HTML/CSS. Must be able to read, write and apply HTML/CSS.
• Professional knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of popular email marketing software (MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Constant Contact)
• Working knowledge of WordPress
• Love to learn and stay up-to-date with design trends and digital best practices

Pay commensurate with experience.
