We’ll have a call or series of calls/meetings to delve deeper into understanding your needs. Next, you will receive a proposal for services. We have a number of clients we work with in a variety of ways, based upon their needs.
We define an annual contract with a specific budget and/or hourly rate and service needs for the year and bill monthly against this contract as services are completed.
We define a scope of services with specific projects and bill monthly against the approved estimates until services are completed.
We can work with you to determine a set monthly budget with defined deliverables/goals if you need a consistent monthly spend each month.
Have you ever approved an estimate up front only to receive an invoice later and wonder what the original estimate was for in the first place? That will NOT happen at Creative Noggin.
We understand that not-for-profits and for-profit companies alike have budgets. We live by our contracts and defined scopes of work. We believe strongly in monitoring our work progress against your budgets and ensuring we are tracking work and spend against your fiscal needs to make sure there are never any billing surprises.
If something along the way is going to throw us outside of our scope and over budget, our Account Team will raise a flag then to ensure you are never surprised at the end by an invoice you weren’t expecting.
